Gannon Group is a commercial and residential real estate appraisal and consulting firm located in the greater Lansing, Michigan area. Kern G. Slucter, MS, MAI, SRA, the principal of the firm, has over 35 years of experience in appraisal, consulting and general real estate services. Mr. Slucter has experience appraising a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties across Michigan.

Our firm provides unbiased appraisal and consulting reports for clients that demand conclusions that are well founded in market reality and that are developed through quality analysis. While important in all valuation, this is particularly important in helping clients make the appropriate decisions regarding their real estate, legal disputes for properties with detrimental conditions, property tax appeals and condemnation proceedings.

Our reputation has been built serving clients with complex problems and/or unusual properties. We have been asked to appraise a variety of special purpose properties such as truck terminals, repair facilities and airplane hangers as well as the more common office, commercial (retail), industrial, multi-family, vacant land and development properties. Unusual partial interests appraised include drainage easements, utility easements, and rights of way for both condemning authority and property owners.

We also provide client representation for property acquisition (both announced and confidentially) and consultation to assist property owners in positioning their property for sale.
